EPBC Referral Decision

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water has reviewed the project's EPBC referral and has determined the Devlins Bridge Wind Farm project a controlled action requiring assessment under the EPBC Act. The department has also determined that the assessment can be carried out under the bilateral agreement with New South Wales.

We thank DCCEEW for their consideration of our referral and look forward to working through the next phase of the project as we prepare for assessment.

We are in the process of requesting SEARs from DPHI and plan to submit the project EIS for approval in 2026.
