Devlins Bridge Wind Farm Scoping Report Submitted to DPHI
The Devlins Bridge Wind Farm project is considered a state significant development which requires the approval of the Minister for Planning or the Independent Planning Commission before it can proceed. SSD projects go through a comprehensive assessment process, the first step being to request the Secretary's Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs).
Stromlo Energy has submitted the projects Scoping Report to the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) to request the projects SEARs.
You can view the scoping report and when available, the SEARs on the Major Projects Planning Portal.
This is the first step in the New South Wales planning process, the next step is for the project to prepare the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in response to the SEARs. We expect the EIS to be ready for submission to DPHI in 2026.
Until then we will continue to engage with the community and undertake environmental studies to inform the EIS.
You can contact a member of the team via our contact page if you would like to discuss any aspect of the project.
